OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
 
A Company in the Healthcare Industry based in Durban North is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Team.
 
Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Sales departments covering retail and government. Responsibilities include the analysis of orders, processing of quotes, maintenance of supplier portals and tender sites, tender applications, DCB management, Nappi code listings and updates, Pricelist creation, Dischem, UPD Stock on hand report and sales analysis across various retail stores.
 
Requirements
    • 2-3 years general office administration experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • Basic experience with Pastel (advantageous but not essential)
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative
    • Clear and professional communication skills
