Job Title: E-commerce Administrator

Job Summary:
The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platforms. This role ensures that products are accurately listed, online sales processes run smoothly, and customer experiences are optimized for engagement and conversions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain product listings on the company’s e-commerce platforms
    • Upload product content including descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and inventory levels.
    • Monitor website performance, identify issues, and coordinate with IT or development teams to resolve technical problems.
    • Work with marketing and content teams to implement promotions, banners, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
    • Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Analyze e-commerce data and generate reports on traffic, sales performance, conversion rates, and user behavior.
    • Provide support for online customer inquiries and order issues, coordinating with customer service as needed.
    • Optimize on-site SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve search rankings and traffic.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to update availability.
    • Assist in testing and implementing new features, plugins, or third-party integrations for the e-commerce platform.
    • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
 
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as email campaigns, PPC, or social commerce.
    • Previous experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
