We are a leading garment manufacturing company specializing in baby clothes, boys’ trunks, and ladies’ underwear. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee our manufacturing operations.

 

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment manufacturing, particularly with knit fabrics, and will be adept at adapting to a quality-driven culture. Strong planning and efficiency skills are essential to succeed in this role.

 

Production Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.

Planning and Scheduling: Maintain and update schedules to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.

Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

Team Management: Lead and motivate the production team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.

Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labour, to ensure optimal use and minimal waste.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

 

Experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager in the garment manufacturing industry, with a focus on knit fabrics.

Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and efficiency skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Leadership: Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of garment manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to and promote a quality-driven culture within the production environment.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
