About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ladies Wear QA Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all ladies wear garments meet our quality, fit, safety, and compliance standards from development through to bulk production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fit sessions and provide accurate technical comments to suppliers.
- Review garment construction, measurements, trim quality, and overall product workmanship.
- Approve samples at each development stage (proto, SMS, PPS, and pre-production).
- Ensure all garments meet company, customer, and legal compliance requirements.
- Work closely with designers, buyers, and factories to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Monitor bulk production quality and perform factory assessments when required.
- Maintain technical files, measurement charts, and QA records.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience as a QA Technologist or Garment Technician (Ladies Wear essential).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern knowledge, and fabric behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work with local and international suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA systems/software.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
