Quality and Sample Coordinator
Role Overview: The Quality and Sample Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes in the factory and managing the sample department. This role requires strong garment construction knowledge and the ability to sew. The ideal candidate will ensure that all samples are made correctly and meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure all quality control processes are correctly implemented and followed throughout the factory.
- Sample Management: Manage the sample department and maintain full responsibility to ensure all samples are created accurately and meet the required specifications.
- Sewing and Construction: Utilize strong garment construction knowledge and sewing skills to assist in making samples when needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and the sample hand to ensure seamless quality control and sample creation processes.
- Inspection and Approval: Inspect and approve all samples before they are submitted for approval, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sample hand and quality supervisors to maintain high-quality standards across the production lines.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, sample approvals, and any issues encountered during the production process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in garment manufacturing with a focus on quality assurance and sample creation.
- Skills: Strong garment construction knowledge and sewing skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality control processes and standards in garment manufacturing.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with supervisors and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs and priorities.
